1. Lesson Fees

 

Lessons are charged at the following rates:
 

• Primary level is charged at £28 per hour plus VAT.

• Secondary level is charged at £32 per hour plus VAT.

2. Payment Information

 

If the client is happy to continue with tuition after the initial lesson, payment is invoiced monthly in advance.

 

All invoices should be settled at least 24 hours prior to the first lesson for which invoicing applies.Unfortunately, if you repeatedly fail to pay the invoices on time, we will need to terminate tuition.

3. Tuition

 

Tuition will currently take place online due to the pandemic, it may be possible to transition to in person face to face sessions, once Government guidelines have changed.  This would obviously be dependent on your location.

 

Each lesson lasts 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise.

 

The tutor will provide all learning material for each lesson.

4. Cancellation Policy

 

In the event that you need to cancel a lesson, at least 24 hours notice is required.

 

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours’ notice, an alternative lesson time will be offered wherever possible. If a mutually convenient time cannot be found, the lesson will be reimbursed in the next invoicing period.
